Utah Heating Service Areas
Utah Furnace Repair connects homeowners across Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, and Utah counties with DOPL-licensed partner technicians for same-day furnace repair, installation, maintenance, emergency heat, and heat pumps. Most calls are scheduled within 2 to 4 hours. Call (801) 421-0175.
Each city below has its own heating services hub. The hub covers every service we arrange in that city, what makes heating there different, local costs and rebates, and the neighborhoods our partner technicians reach. Each one also links down to a deeper furnace repair guide for that city.

How Response Times Vary Across the Wasatch Front
Our office is in Murray, near the center of the Salt Lake Valley. Cities within a few miles of I-15 and I-215, like Murray, Midvale, Taylorsville, West Valley City, and Salt Lake City, usually see a technician within 2 to 3 hours on a same-day call.
The south valley and the north end take a little longer. Herriman, Riverton, Draper, Layton, and Ogden typically run 2 to 4 hours. Bench and foothill neighborhoods add time during heavy snow. SunCrest in Draper, Bountiful Hill, east Layton below Adams Canyon, and Ogden's East Bench are the usual examples.
December through February is peak season. Inversion cold snaps stack up no-heat calls across every city at once, and standard windows stretch to 4 to 6 hours. No-heat emergencies are dispatched ahead of tune-ups and estimates. A fall tune-up is the simplest way to stay out of that queue.
Don't See Your City?
The hubs above are the cities with the most call volume, not the full coverage map. The same crews dispatch to Bluffdale, Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, Millcreek, Kearns, and Magna in Salt Lake County. In Davis County, that includes North Salt Lake, Woods Cross, Centerville, Farmington, Kaysville, Clearfield, and Syracuse. In Weber County, it includes North Ogden, South Ogden, Roy, Riverdale, and Pleasant View. Northern Utah County, including Lehi and American Fork, is covered as well.
Call (801) 421-0175 with your address and the dispatcher will confirm availability and a time window. Utah Furnace Repair connects homeowners with licensed partner technicians and does not directly perform HVAC work.

Why Homeowners Trust Us
We vet every technician in our network so you don't have to. Here's what sets our partner techs apart.
Licensed & Insured
Every technician in our network is state-licensed, fully insured, and background-checked for your peace of mind.
Same-Day Service
Most service calls are scheduled within 2-4 hours. Emergency dispatch available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
DOPL-Licensed Network
Every technician we connect you with carries an active Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL) HVAC contractor license and full liability insurance. License status is verifiable through the Utah DOPL public lookup.
Transparent Estimates
You receive a written estimate before any work begins. The diagnostic charge is stated up front and rolls into your repair invoice once you approve the work, so there is no separate billing for the visit. No hidden charges, no surprise add-ons after the technician arrives.
